Researchers at the University of Gothenburg have discovered that something as simple as a quarter with a digital tool every two weeks can improve health and provide a new way to feel better, manage life's ups and downs and prevent or manage lifestyle diseases.

We are now expanding the study of the tool and welcome you to participate in one of Sweden's largest initiatives to promote public health. You get access to the tool for three years and we analyze the extent to which the tool improves your health, your well-being and prevents disease. The study is free of charge.

The tool weaves big life questions together with concrete tips on small changes in everyday life that can affect your health. You get to explore how stress and exercise affect each other, how the circadian rhythm is linked to aging, how your view of life in general colors your eating habits.

You are welcome to participate regardless of place of residence in Sweden. You use the tool via the app or via the web on your own and get access to a number of tips and scientific facts to reflect on.

The tool is based on health being more about being whole and harmonious as a human being than about counting steps and calories. It aims to stimulate thoughts and provide aha-experiences that help you deal with life's ups and downs.

The study is approved by the Ethics Review Authority and is free of charge. To scientifically analyze the effects, 80% have access to the tool, while 20% are randomly distributed to a control group without access to it.
